RNL is a UK training provider of accredited assessment, planning case management, employment-related and vocational rehabilitation courses. Our rehabilitation service provision includes asessment, case management and employment-related services for people who have suffered accident, injury or disability to assist them to return to work in their own or an alternative position. Partnership working in European and International projects involving vocational rehabilitation, case management and service provision for disadvantaged groups.
UK Training Courses
RNL is a provider of UK training courses in case management, rehabilitation case management, VR training, RTW training and vocational assessment. Our training courses include assessment case studies and case management tools. We:
  • Work alongside Employers, Insurers, EAP's and Specialist Agencies
  • Mentor and train Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Personal Advisors and Educationalists
  • Deliver our case management training in partnership with Higher Education and European institutions
  • Provide a range of flexible home study options
VR & Case Management Services
RNL works closely with you to provide rehabilitation and case management solutions that meet your needs. Our staff and affliates concentrate on providing realistic, cost-effective vocational rehabilitation programmes and services which address all stages of the return to work process. We have a reputation for providing meaningful assessment, planning and case management services across a range of sectors and occupations. RNL has systems in place to deliver quality-assured services, management information and measurable outcomes.
Assessment & RTW Services
RNL is a provider of UK rehabilitation and case management services in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Our services are offered through a managed network of qualified professionals including Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants. We:
  • Offer rehabilitation assessment, planning and case management services
  • Work with UK, European and International referrers
  • Provide quality assurance and management information
  • Work to UK industry standards and working practices
 
European & International Projects
RNL undertakes projects on a partnership basis with European and International partners. We have been employed to undertake reviews of supported employment services for NHS Trusts and Housing Associations, write book chapters and articles for employee rehabilitation publications and develop a range of training courses and rehabilitation tools. We:
  • Work with specialist case management, disability, vocational rehabilitation, training, evaluation, IT and consultancy organisations
  • Are familiar with major European funding sources
  • Have UK and Australian experience in vocational rehabilitation practices and techniques
  • Employ accredited lecturers, qualified training course designers and experienced presenters in rehabilitation and employment related topics
